Lisa Erdelen is a Hillsboro native and graduated from Hillsboro High School in 2001.  She received an Associates of Arts degree in 2005 from Lincoln Land Community College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois in Sociology and Anthropology in May 2008.  During her senior year of high school, she started working full time at Honey Bend Resort, climbed the ranks and presently works there today as the Office Manager.  During her senior year of college, Lisa became interested in Real Estate and decided to take some extra classes and pursue it.  Now she is so glad she made that decision! Janie Euson is a native of St. Louis and moved to Litchfield in January of 2006 with her son Gordie, and husband George, who works in Springfield. She is a 1980 graduate from the Missouri Schools for Doctor's Assistants and started her real estate career in 1991 with Edward L. Bakewell in St. Louis. Prior to moving to Litchfield, Janie worked with Prudential Alliance in St. Charles County. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Greater Gateway Association of Realtors, and the Litchfield Chamber of Commerce. Janice Galer has joined the Team of Realtors at Montgomery County Realty, Inc. She is a lifetime resident of the Hillsboro/Irving area. Joanne has been a real estate agent since approximately 1988 and a residential appraiser since 1999. Married in 1969 to Dennis Krueger, a local insurance agent, they have 2 daughters, Kelly (husband Brad) and Melissa. They are also the proud grandparents of two twin boys, Sam and Luke.   Joanne finds it very gratifying to help clients with one of the biggest decisions of their lifetime!

Ron, also known as "Mr. Chimney Sweep", has lived most of his life in the Coffeen area, and presently lives in Litchfield. For 24 years Ron owned and operated Lawrence U Pick Strawberries, and currently owns and operates Mr. Chimney Sweep Restoration, and Mr. Clean Duct. Ron was past president of the Montgomery County Water Company during its formation and the following five years, and has also worked in the coal mines. He and his wife, the former Karen Pray, are active members of the Living Stones Church in Litchfield and are the parents of Julie and Ashley Lawrence, Jennie Charles (husband Chris), and son Daniel Lawrence (wife Kelly). They have two grandsons. Ron's hobbies include camping, horseback riding and playing guitar. Brandi, although a native of Hillsboro, began her real estate career in the suburbs of Chicago in 2001 and gained valuable experience in residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial real estate from working in the Chicago area and then later in the Western Illinois rural area.

Brandi obtained her Brokers License in 2004, established Pike County Real Estate, Inc. in 2005, and sold her interest in the successful corporation before relocating back to Hillsboro in August, 2007. In 2008 she purchased Montgomery County Realty and is now the Managing Broker. In addition to providing real estate services, Brandi is also a Certified Appraiser.

Brandi and her husband Matt have three children; Carter, Ethan, and Reagan. Brandi is a 1997 graduate of Hillsboro High School and a 2000 graduate of the University of Illinois at Springfield where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Rachel Maretti began working full-time at MCR as the Office Manager since January 2005. She graduated from Hillsboro High School in 2000 and received her Associate's Degree from Lincoln Land Community College in 2003. After college, Rachel spent a couple of years in St. Louis and Southern Missouri, but returned to her roots in Central Illinois to help her mother, Kim Noyes, with the real estate business. Kim sold the business in August 2008 to Brandi Lentz and Rachel continues to work for MCR. Rachel is responsible for entering listings into the Multiple Listing Service, updating the website, advertising, accounts receivable, accounts payable and many other daily duties. Being both very organized and paying small attention to detail helps Rachel keep both offices on track. She currently resides in Litchfield with her fiance, Colin Thomas and their cats.
