Nicole is a long time resident of the Litchfield area and is married to Kyle Bishop, of Bishop Motors. They three beautiful children, Alex-7, Brady-5 and Clayton-2. She joined the real estate field in 2004 but has been around the business all her whole life as her parents, Hans and Shirley Mizera, have been in the business for over 30 years. Nicole graduated from SIU Carbondale with a bachelor's in Liberal Arts. She started working in real estate to help others and it gives her great satisfaction when she meets the needs of her clients. Maria Brandtner is a “locally” grown agent! She graduated from Litchfield High School in 1986. She continued her education at Illinois State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Following her studies, Maria moved to Germany to work and experience the world and it's diverse cultures from a European perspective.  After almost five years overseas, she returned to the states. She also lived in Colorado for a short time before returning to her hometown of Litchfield. In her spare time she enjoys gardening and cooking. Brandi has 7 years of real estate experience.  Brandi began her real estate career in the suburbs of Chicago in 2001.  Brandi gained her experience in agricultural, commercial, industrial, and residential real estate from working in the Chicago area.  Brandi obtained her Brokers License in 2004.  Brandi and her family relocated to Western Illinois and she established Pike County Real Estate, Inc in 2005.  Brandi sold her interest in the successful corporation in 2006 before relocating back to Hillsboro in August, 2007.  In addition to selling real estate, Brandi is also a certified appraiser.  Brandi appraises residential, commercial, and agricultural real estate.  Brandi and her husband Matt have three children; Carter, Ethan and Reagan.  Brandi is a 1997 graduate of Hillsboro High School & a 2000 graduate of the University of Illinois at Springfield where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.  Hard work, careful listening and diligence are just a part of the services Brandi offers to all clients.  Brandi strives to make every transition as smooth as possible.

Hans Mizera is a Real Estate Broker having served the needs of buyers and sellers for over 30 years. Along with his wife Shirley, Hans previously owned and managed Mizera Real Estate of Litchfield and Hillsboro. In later years, the Mizera's operated Mizera Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in Litchfield, Hillsboro and Staunton. Today Hans has chosen to join with his daughter Nikki (Mizera) Bishop in serving buyers and sellers through Montgomery County Realty. Hans says "I'm finally free of the responsibility of ownership and management and be able to do what I love best - work on a very personal and individual basis with my buyers and sellers. Janie Euson is a native of St. Louis and moved to Litchfield in January of 06 with her son Gordie, and husband George, who works in Springfield. She is a 1980 graduate from the Missouri Schools for Doctor's Assistants and started her real estate career in 1991 with Edward L. Bakewell in St. Louis. Prior to moving to Litchfield, Janie worked with Prudential Alliance in St. Charles County. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Greater Gateway Association of Realtors, and the Litchfield Chamber of Commerce.
