Brandi has 7 years of real estate experience. Brandi began her real estate career in the suburbs of Chicago in 2001. Brandi gained her experience in agricultural, commercial, industrial, and residential real estate from working in the Chicago area. Brandi obtained her Brokers License in 2004. Brandi and her family relocated to Western Illinois and she established Pike County Real Estate, Inc in 2005. Brandi sold her interest in the successful corporation in 2006 before relocating back to Hillsboro in August, 2007. In addition to selling real estate, Brandi is also a certified appraiser. Hans Mizera is a Real Estate Broker having served the needs of buyers and sellers for over 30 years. Along with his wife Shirley, Hans previously owned and managed Mizera Real Estate of Litchfield and Hillsboro. In later years, the Mizera's operated Mizera Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in Litchfield, Hillsboro and Staunton. Today Hans has chosen to join with his daughter Nikki (Mizera) Bishop in serving buyers and sellers through Montgomery County Realty. Kim Noyes has been in the real estate business since 1995. Prior to her real estate career she worked as a nurse. She received her Broker's license in 1998 and bought the current business known as Montgomery County Realty in 2000. She has received recognition annually for outstanding sales performance and earned the GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) designation in December 2004. In 2005, she received the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representation) Designation, and in October of 2007 completed the requirements for mediation certification from the Mediator Training Institute International. Kim especially enjoy annual mission trips to Guatemala, church activities, and helping others. It is her goal to provide the best service possible to her clients!

Bob Noyes has been in real estate part-time since about 1988. Other part-time jobs that he has especially enjoyed include coaching Jr. High Track and refereeing basketball games! Marilyn is a 1979 graduate of Litchfield Community Senior High School and holds a degree in Business Administration from National University in San Diego, CA. She has worked in the business and accounting field for 25 years and has been very active in volunteer service with the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, church and military organizations. Born and raised in Litchfield, she is the daughter of Howard (late) and Edna Nimmons. She and her husband, Sgt Major David C. Strowmatt, USMC, retired, have two children, Sgt. Nicholas Strowmatt, of Camp Pendleton, CA, and Sarah, a student at SIU-Edwardsville. As a military wife and veteran of moving and establishing a new home fourteen times in 27 years, Marilyn looks forward to assisting you with your real estate needs.

Janie Euson is a native of St. Louis and moved to Litchfield in January of 06 with her
son Gordie, and husband George, who works in Springfield. She is a 1980
graduate from the Missouri Schools for Doctor's Assistants and started her
real estate career in 1991 with Edward L. Bakewell in St. Louis. Prior to
moving to Litchfield, Janie worked with Prudential Alliance in St. Charles
